From tools that write an article to creating killer pitch decks, AI is gradually becoming a huge part of the productivity tools we use daily. From project management to task automation, these tools can make your workflow faster, more efficient, and reduce the time required to complete tasks. Here's a list of some tools that have done a great job at incorporating AI into user workflows.
✍️ Craft
Craft’s AI assistant is one of the best in the game. It’s designed well and implemented even better than that. Craft’s AI assistant helps you surface information quickly, generate insights and even continue writing your work when you’re feeling uninspired.
◾️ Tome
Tome is a generative artificial intelligence tool that creates stunning presentations for the workplace. Tome also utilizes DALL-E to create images that go beautifully with your presentations.
🔍️ Genei
Genei is the perfect researching companion for your reports, blogs and articles. Genei automatically summarizes long posts and extracts key information so that you can focus on what matters to you. You can even ask Genei to use the research and write out a report or article, and it even automatically cites everything for you!
💖 Mem
Mem is a self-organizing workspace and note-taking tool that uses your personal notes to surface information as and when you need it. While this feature is part of its Mem X plan, it offers a myriad of benefits, including searching for key information like dates, surfacing information about specific instances and even displaying similar notes to the one you’re currently working on.
✏️ Todoist
Todoist, a popular task-management tool, elevates its task-management capabilities with an AI assistant. The AI assistant, part of their Pro and Business plans, will help generate tasks for a specific goal, makes them actionable, and even provides tips to help you complete the task in an efficient way.
📆 Motion
Motion is an AI calendar that optimizes your schedule and workload to make you a productivity powerhouse. Motion automatically schedules your tasks based on deadlines and priorities while protecting your focus time, limiting meetings and using time-blocking techniques that suit your schedule.
