Hey friends!
Welcome to another edition of The Report. This week's newsletter will be focused on an app called Session. It's exam season and that means time-management is my highest priority right now. Understanding where my time goes and keeping a log of it all is highly important for me so that I can optimize my studying and understand what I can do better. To do this, I have been using Session, a great Pomodoro time-tracker that is ideal for students
✨Summary
Session is a great time-tracking tool that helps you figure out where your time is going and also how to pace yourself for long-term goals. Session incorporates the Pomodoro technique to maximize your efforts and be mindful about your work at the same time. The Pomodoro technique is a way of working in which you focus for 25 minutes and take a break for 5 minutes. After three cycles of this, your fourth break is for 10 minutes, after which the process starts again. I have found that this is a sustainable way of working as your attention is not drained all at once!
